HG-III recognized as Top 7 Developer in NCR

Real Estate Developer HG-III Construction & Development Corp. was recognized by Pag-IBIG Fund as the Top 7 Developer in NCR in terms of take-out value at the National Capital Region Stake Holders Accomplishment Report for 2018 held in Crown Plaza Manila Galleria, Ortigas.

Amongst those present in the momentous event were Eduardo Del Rosario (Chairperson, Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council and Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees), Acmand Rizaldy Moti (Chief Executive Officer, Pag-IBIG Fund), and Marilene Acosta (Deputy Chief Executive Officer Home Lending Operations Cluster Pag-IBIG Fund).

In his stakeholder’s message, Ivan Howard Guintu (HG-III Chief Operations Officer) recalls the company’s humble beginnings, and how the pillars of the real estate industry, whom he looked-up to, has pushed him to create more innovative and sustainable residential developments.

Guintu credits Pag-ibig’s unwavering support and strong partnership with real estate developers. “Pag-ibig’s low interest rates has allowed more Filipinos to achieve their dreams of owning a home. Last 2018, Pag-ibig Fund released a record-breaking P73.5 Billion in home loans which stands out as their best year so far,” he emphasizes.

HG-III Construction & Development Corp. was also included in the Top 10 Developers for NCR in 2017. For this year, Guintu aims for even greater horizons for his company. “Our goal for 2019 is to accomplish a three-peat, and have a higher take-out value,” Guintu says.
