HG-III Construction and Development Corporation (HG-III) proudly presented its three (3) latest projects under Golden Horizon brand last October 20, 2018. Acropolis (single detached homes), Manors (duplex units) and Estates (quadruplex units) were officially opened for public viewing during Golden Horizon’s Surpresaya Grand Open House and Project Launch in Brgy. Hugo Perez, Trece Martires Cavite.

The event started with a thanksgiving mass attended by executives and employees of HG-III Construction and Development Corporation, guests from PAG-IBIG, and PNB, brokers, sellers and buyers.  Bernadette Villarez (VP for Real Estate Development) gave a short talk about the Project launch and a short message was given by Howard Guintu (Chief Operating Officer).

It was followed by the ribbon cutting and blessing of 4 model units namely, Sofia (4-bedroom single detached unit), Athena (3-bedroom single detached unit), Olivia (duplex unit) and Diana (quadruplex unit). The ribbon cutting was officiated by HG-III Officials Ivan Howard Guintu (COO), Ivan Harold Guintu (Chief Finance Officer), Leilani Panesa (VP for Infrastructure Development), HG-III Managers, and guest representatives from PAG-IBIG. The unveiling of the brand new Toyota Wigo for Golden Horizon’s Drive Your Way to Your Dream Home Raffle Promo was the last highlight of the event.

The new model units were finally opened for public viewing. Selling activities took place inside a big airconditioned tent.  A sumptuous buffet lunch from Cavite Republic Restaurant was served for attendees.
